Welcome to 5Leaf.

We are a team of five passionate Computer Engineering students, Francisco, Lourenço, Maria, Tiago and Tomás, brought together by a common goal: to make a real impact on how communities interact with and understand the transformations happening in their surroundings.

With our project, Trailblaze, our mission is to bridge the gap between people and the land. We aim to support field workers with practical tools while empowering citizens to engage with territorial changes in meaningful ways. Whether it's through exploring educational trails, attending local events, or giving feedback on trails, Trailblaze fosters transparency, participation and collaboration.

We believe technology should serve both institutions and the public. With Trailblaze we're building a smarter, more connected and more inclusive future for territorial management.
